I gladly accept returns and exchanges with some exceptions. Please see exceptions below. Contact me within 14 days of delivery, you must ship items back within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
Returns and exchange details
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and I am unable to make it better, I will be happy to refund your purchase price, minus shipping. Just contact me with the details and a tracking number to confirm the return of the item and I will issue a refund. If for some reason you are unable to return the item for a full refund, a shop credit will be issued for 50% of your purchase price minus shipping. *Please be aware that Covid-19 is impacting the delivery times on custom orders due to supply and demand of materials and labor.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
There are no refunds on custom orders. This includes lighting and embroidery.

Available items are generally shipped out in 2-3 business days. Custom orders can be as long as 12 weeks and in some cases longer due to Covid. Please refer to any notes on shipping in the individual listing.
Sand & Suede is happy to ship some items internationally, please inquire about which items qualify for international shipping.
